I am the type of person who doesnt want my different types of tasks hidden from view behind several list headings. I want all my lists visible at once right there with my calendar appointments, like on a page in a notebook. This app is like writing your lists anywhere on a page, but with your cal already there, plus photos, maps, and voice notes you can drop in anywhere. Then the app grabs all of this and sorts it into other easily digestible formats like week view, month view, and list view. On the main day-view page I have placed some high priority tasks on the left between cal appointments, and another list on the right, and another list down below. There is a tasks rollover feature now, where incomplete tasks can be automatically bumped to the next day. Perfect! No fiddling required to get a fresh setup the next day. Also it has an alarm feature. Once you read the manual and get the options under iPhone Settings figured out, adding new items is a snap (just press and hold a spot anywhere on the page). The check-box items appear on your to-do list.
I have been sitting on this app because i really hoped it would deliver someday. The new paid update has google calendar and tasks syncing so Im going to take the plunge because I finally love this app too much not to.
The only thing I cant easily find is a way to move an appointment to another date. This is a big one and should be intuitive. I presume there is a way and I just have to look at the manual again to find it. Or perhaps this is a limitation of the lite version and when I upgrade it will be fully functional. The price is pretty steep at this point. Minus one star. Otherwise, beautiful app with very useful update.
